Senior Citizens Advisory Board
Mission Statement:
The mission of Senior Citizen Advisory Board is to act in an advisory capacity to
the Senior Activity Center to promote the physical, emotional and economic well
being of seniors and encourage their participation in all aspects of community
life.
About the Board:
The Senior Citizen Advisory Board will advise the Mayor and Council and report on subjects of interest to the Council including senior citizen grant opportunities, programs, transportation, housing, recreation, entertainment, education and the like.
The Senior Citizens Advisory Board is composed of seventeen voting members as follows:

Seven Borough residents appointed by the Mayor and Council

The President and/or designee of each Senior Club/Group as follows: New Milford Senior Citizens Club, Ascension AGM Seniors, Jewish Community Center Seniors Group, Presbyterian Seniors Group, St. Matthew's Seniors Group, Gloria Dei Seniors Group, St. Joseph's Leisure Club, First Baptist Senior Group
