VACCINE INFORMATION
3RD DOSE - Bergen New Bridge Medical Center announces that starting 8/17/21, the Bergen County Vaccination Center will begin offering third dose “boosters” of the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines to those who are immunocompromised in accordance with CDC guidelines. Visit here for details.

VAX TO SCHOOL! - Bergen New Bridge Medical Center Promotes Back-to-School Vax for
Children. First dose Week of  August 9th. Click here for further information and walk in locations. 
With the governor recommending masks for K-12 school children as they re-enter school in the fall, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and other area hospitals have several dates when they are offering covid-19 shots for children. Children ages 12-17-year-olds are eligible for the shot, the Pfizer vaccine. The first dose is scheduled for August 9 at the listed locations; the second dose is scheduled for August 30.
WALK-UPS are now welcome at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center Alternate Care Facility Annex located at 230 East Ridgewood Ave., Paramus. The County / BNBMC site is for individuals who live, work or study in Bergen County. Click here for additional information.They offer all three approved COVID-19 vaccines in their Vaccinatio Center - no appointment required (but may be made if you prefer)!

Covid-19 Connect Entity (also known as CCE) has a new initiative to provide support to the community during this difficult time. They are a grant funded venture formed by Rutgers UBHC and the State of New Jersey. Rutgers UBHC will serve as a 3rd party to assist clients with getting connected with a mental health clinician and/or substance abuse clinician to assist with their short-term needs. They have a toll-free phone number (833) 223 - 0011 which is live Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, serving as an initial point of entry for individuals seeking mental health and substance uses services as a result of COVID-19. *Therapeutic services are provided through telehealth only.
