ALL EXISTING GUIDELINES FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR DINING REMAIN IN EFFECT. IN ADDITION, RESTAURANTS SERVING LIQUOR MUST OBTAIN A RENEWAL OF THE COVID-19 EXPANSION OF PREMISE PERMIT PURSUANT TO SR-2020-21
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic Municipal Court will now be conducted virtually/remotely to minimize exposure to COVID 19. Accordingly, all complaints, defendants, attorneys, victims are to contact the municipal court via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. or at 201-967-5044 Ext. 5720 to provide your full name, email address, and cell phone number within seven days of a court notice.
Defendants may continue to make payments for parking, traffic and certain non traffic matters through the Municipal Courts online payment system at NJMCDirect.com.
